Hey guys, it's Jake here with Etrailer. Today we have a 2023 Nissan Titan that we're gonna be taking a look at and I'm gonna show you how to install the Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 air helper springs. Adding a set of air helper springs to the back end of your Nissan Titan is gonna help you to get some rear end support whenever you're hauling heavy loads in the bed of your truck, or on the hitch. There's gonna be a lotta different options when it comes to rear suspension enhancements, for the Nissan Titan. The air helper springs are just gonna be the most adjustable, to be able to add or subtract the psi in the bags, to really dial it in for the load that you're wanting to haul. Air Lift 1000 Rear Coil Springs Air Helper Springs Installation - 2019 Nissan Pathfinder- Video
Hello neighbors, it's Brad here at etrailer, and today we're taking a look and installing the Air Lift 1000 rear air helper bags on a 2019 Nissan Pathfinder. Now our neighbor today is putting airbags on their suspension, and that's because they tow a trailer so that tongue weight pushes down and it causes the Pathfinder to squat down, which this is not exactly the heaviest duty towing but to have those airbags to help that just kinda lift that back up, it's gonna make the Pathfinder feel like it can tow it a little bit better, because you're supplementing the suspension with a thousand pounds of load capacity. So that's really gonna help this out. And another application, or a few different applications would be if you take this on vacation and you load up a cargo carrier or if you have a mobility scooter or even a heavy bike rack, sometimes that's just gonna squat down and you're not gonna get a great ride. So adding a little bit of air to your bags will help supplement that, giving you a better driving experience. And this is what your airbags will look like when they're installed. more

Hey, everybody, Ryan here at etrailer. Today on our 2016 Nissan Pathfinder we're gonna be showing you how to install the Air Lift Air Helper Springs for the rear axle. Before we get into that, though, let's just take a minute, check these out, and make sure they're gonna work for you. What we'd like to do before we actually put the air springs on is do some before and after testing. So right now we got the factory suspension. We put a cargo carrier back here, loaded up some weight, enough to get our vehicle to squat down a little bit, and we'll run through our test course, get a good baseline, and see how it does. more

SumoSprings Solo Rear Helper Springs Installation - 2020 Nissan Frontier- Video
Hey guys, it's Shane here with etrailer. Today we've got a 2020 Nissan Frontier and we're gonna be adding these SumoSprings to it to help support the rear suspension. What these are designed to do is they will replace your bump stops on the factory rear suspension and they're designed to be a little bit taller than your factory bump stops in order to provide that extra support when you're hauling a heavy load, whether it be in the bed or by the hitch on your Frontier. We're gonna take a few measurements before we install our SumoSprings. And with no weight in the back of the truck, we're right at 35 inches. Now that we've got about 450 pounds worth of rock salt in the back of our truck, we can take another measurement. more

Hey guys, Kevin here with etrailer and today I'm gonna be showing you how to install the Airlift 1000 air helper springs for coil springs here on our 2023 Nissan Pathfinder. These airbags are gonna give you a five to 35 PSI range of adjustability so you can kind of fine tune exactly how much support you're gonna be getting from them. They have a thousand pound capacity and that does not mean that you can add an additional thousand pounds to your vehicle's tongue weight capacity or towing capacity. It's only going to help you support that weight. So this is going to just be an enhancement. It's not an addition to what you actually have for your capacities. more

Hi there, Nissan owners. Today, in our 2018 Nissan Titan XD, we're going to be taking a look at and showing you how to install Air Lift's LoadLifter airbags. Now, before we install our airbags, we're going to take a baseline measurement of our vehicle and hit the test course. We're going to start by taking a measurement of our ride height unloaded, which here at the back from the ground to the fender. Well, here is about 41 and a half inches. We're also going to check the front, and here at the front, we're right at about 42.We're now going to add about a thousand pounds of water weight to the back of the truck to load it down. more

Ryan: How's it going Ryan here at etrailer.com. Today on our 2016 Nissan frontier, we're going to be take a look at and showing you how to install the Firestone Ride-Rite Air Helper Springs for the rear axle.With no weight in the bed of the truck and without our airbags installed, we'll go ahead and take some measurements and see what our ride height is, that way we can compare the two later. Here at the front of the truck from the ground to the bottom edge of our wheel well, it's about 34 inches. If we take that same measurement here at the back, it's going to be about 35 and one quarter of an inch. Now we went ahead and added a significant amount of weight to the bed of our truck. Now let's go ahead and take the measurements and see where we stand.So here at the front, from the ground to that wheel well edge, is 35 inches. more

We're gonna take a look at, I'm gonna show you how to install the Firestone Coil-Rite Air Helper Springs.So all right that's what it looks like when they're installed. These are gonna add extra support for our rear suspension when we're carrying heavy loads.There's two ways to do it. You can mount these so you can individually inflate them for uneven loads, or you can run them to one valve buy purchasing a T fitting to where you can air both bags up at the same time.So they're gonna be constructed with an elastic polyurethane so they're gonna be very durable and have a weight load capacity of 500 pounds up to 1,000 pounds. However, that's not going to increase the weight carrying capacity of the vehicle.We're gonna have a psi rating of 5 psi up to 35 psi, and that's gonna be per bag. As far as the installation goes, it's pretty simple and straightforward. more

Firestone Coil-Rite Rear Air Helper Springs Installation - 2017 Nissan Rogue- Video
Today on this 2017 Nissan Rogue, we're going to review and install the Firestone Coil-Rite Air Helper Springs, part number F4175.This is what they look like when they're installed in a vehicle. With this airbag inside your coil, this will provide much better handling than without going down the road. How is does that, when your coil compresses, the airbags inside the spring and with the air pressure, it expands the back up to provide additional support and push up against the weight that you're carrying. This will also help you with steering and balance of the vehicle. For instance, when the vehicle sways to one side, the air spring will counter act that force and help keep your ride level.Now, you fill your airbags and adjust their capacity with these two airline fittings here and here.Bear in mind, that these bags are rated for 500 pounds of low capacity, always double check with your manufacturer to make sure your vehicle can carry that kind of weight as well. This will not increase the impact capacity.Before we get started, let's go ahead and check out our stock heights on our vehicle first. more

Speaker 1: Today, on our 2010 Nissan Pathfinder, you're gonna be taking a look at, I'm gonna show you how to install the Firestone Coil-Rite Air Helper Springs for the rear, part number F4107.One thing that's really nice about having airbags is when you're hauling, and once these bags are installed, they're going to improve your steering. They're going to reduce your tire wear, and level your headlight beams for a much safer hauling experience.This kit is going to come with individual inflation valves that are going to mount outside the vehicle. They're going to have a minimum air pressure of 5 psi and a maximum of air pressure of 35 psi per bag. They're going to have a combined load-leveling capacity of 1,000 pounds; however, you never want to exceed the vehicle's weight-carrying capacity, and these bags after installation will not increase that capacity. Make sure that you check owner's manual. Find out if your vehicle can withstand the amount of weight that you're wanting to carry, and you want to go with that lowest number.First thing we want to do before we start our installation, is you want to measure the inside of your fender well here on the front and the back to get a normal ride heighth. more

It's going to be part number AL88229. Now, to help us with our installation, we're going to be using the Air Lift spring spacers for the Loadlifter air helper springs, part number AL52420. Here's what our air bangs looks like once we have them installed. These are going to give us that extra support we need whenever we're hauling a heavy trailer or a heavy load. We're going to be able to adjust these from five all the way up to 100 psi and they're going to give us up to 5,000 pounds of load leveling support. more

Speaker 1: Today on our 2011 Nissan Armada, we're going to be installing the Firestone Coil-Rite air helper springs, part number F4150.Now if you're looking at getting a set of airbags, these are some of the benefits you can get. Now if you have trailer or a load on your vehicle without airbags, it's going to sag the back end, lifting up the front. So your headlights won't be aimed properly. It'll also reduce braking performance and cause steering stability issues. Airbags will level out your vehicle, returning your headlights to the proper aim, return that steering and braking performance to factory, and also help level it out, so it looks good going down the road. Here's a good look at our air spring installed. As you can see, this is designed as a supplement to our existing coil spring. This is designed to go in place there and once we have pressure in it, it's going to prevent that sag that we're going to get from the suspension when we have the rear of our vehicle either loaded up with stuff or if we've decided to haul a small trailer or even a cargo carrier. These are designed to support 500 up to about 1,000 pounds of weight. That's going to help us out a lot when it comes to leveling our vehicle. more

Firestone Coil-Rite Air Helper Springs Installation - 2010 Nissan Pathfinder F4166- Video
Today, in our 2010 Nissan Pathfinder we're going to be taking a look at, and installing a Firestone Coil-Rite Air Helper Spring for the rear axle, part number F4166. Here's what the air bags look like, once they're installed on the vehicle. As you can see, they fit right inside the coil springs, for a nice tight fit. With those being inside the coil springs like that, when they're aired up, it works really well, because what they do, is when there's a load on it, the coil springs start to compress. It puts pressure on the air bag when you've got that air bag aired up, it will help prevent it from sagging and it will give it some extra support, to help keep your vehicle level. The reason keeping your vehicle level is important is because that's going to help you maintain your ride control, with your steering, that's going to help that be more responsive. It's also going to help your breaking, stay more consistent. more
